Plain-language summary: MDM Staffing is a private workforce app for M.D.M (Music & Digital Media), Inc. crew members. We use the information described below to schedule and staff work, verify time records, and send work-related notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how M.D.M (Music & Digital Media), Inc. ("MDM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and retains information through the MDM Staffing website and iOS app (together, the "Service"). The Service is intended for MDM employees, contractors, and crew members.

We collect the following information:
- Account information: your name, email address, and phone number.
- Location at time punches: GPS coordinates captured only when you punch in or punch out of a shift. The app does not continuously track your location.
- Push notification information: a device push token used to send work-related notifications to your device.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Operate our staffing services and manage crew engagement.
- Schedule shifts and communicate job details.
- Track punch-in and punch-out times and verify payroll records.
- Send job offers, messages, reminders, and other work-related notifications.
- Maintain and secure the Service.
4. Location Information
The iOS app asks for location access so it can attach your current GPS coordinates to a punch-in or punch-out record. Location is requested and captured only when you choose to punch in or punch out. We use those coordinates to confirm where the time punch occurred and to support time-tracking and payroll verification.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that are needed to operate the Service, such as our hosting provider and Apple or Google push notification services. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, scheduling, time-punch, and related records for as long as needed in connection with your employment or engagement and for legitimate business, payroll, legal, and recordkeeping needs. Push tokens are kept while they are needed to provide notifications and may be removed when they are no longer active.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may control notification and location permissions in your device settings. You may also request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing omarih@mdm-ent.com. Some records may need to be retained for payroll, legal, or other legitimate business obligations.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated policy here and identify its new effective date.
